Is there a refund or guarantee?
No. All purchases are final. Credits are delivered instantly and are usable straight away, so there is no refund or warranty on any plan. This applies to unlimited passes too, including after they are discontinued.
Are unlimited passes going away?
Yes. All unlimited plans — 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Month and Forever — will be discontinued soon. Once they are withdrawn they stop working, and no refund will be provided for any unused time remaining on a pass. Credits are not affected: they never expire and will keep working.
What should I buy if I want something long-term?
Credits. They cost Rp 1.000 each, never expire, and work with every generator, so they aren’t affected by the unlimited passes being discontinued. You can top up 1, 5, 10 or 20 credits at a time, or enter any amount you like in the bot.
What happens if I buy the wrong plan?
The plan stays on your account as purchased. We can’t swap a credit top-up for an unlimited pass or the other way around, so check the plan before you pay — especially with unlimited passes, which are being discontinued.
Do credits expire?
Credits never expire — use them whenever you like. Unlimited passes are different: they run for 24 or 72 hours from the moment they activate.
Can I use unlimited passes for commercial work?
Yes. Anything you generate is yours to use commercially, including client work, ads and social content.
Why does the ringgit price keep changing?
Every plan is set in Indonesian rupiah, and the ringgit figure is converted from it at the live mid-market rate — so it moves a little as the rupiah–ringgit rate moves. Prices refresh every time the page loads, which means what you see is current. It isn't a locked-in quote though: your bank or e-wallet converts at its own rate and may add a foreign-currency fee on top.
Can I see the price in rupiah or dollars?
Yes. Use the currency switch above the plans to flip between ringgit, the rupiah base price, and US dollars. Whichever you're viewing, the rupiah amount stays visible under each price, so you can always see what the plan is actually set at.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online banking via FPX, DuitNow QR, and e-wallets including Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost. Debit and credit cards are also accepted.
Do I need to install anything?
No. NEXABOT runs inside Telegram, so it works on any phone or desktop that already has the app.
How does the referral commission work?
You earn 10% of every payment made by anyone who signs up through your referral link — both credit top-ups and unlimited passes. There’s no cap and no limit on how many people you refer. Commission is paid out manually: request a withdrawal in the bot and it’s sent to you after processing, rather than landing in your account automatically.
